Welcome to 2 Moons Custom Designs.

-WHAT DO YOU OFFER?-

We offer digital designs, custom pattern hand sewn koozies, and laser cut items.

-DO YOU REQUIRE A LICENSE TO PRINT AND RESELL TRANSFER?-

Yes we do; a license is required for all types of transfers that are offered. The most common types as of now are Screen Print, Sublimation, HTV, DTF, and White Toner. Our Screen print license is separate from the Sublimation, HTV, DTF, White Toner License.

 -WHOLESALE-

We do require you to have the appropriate sales tax license for you state. please make sure that you have filled out the Wholesale Application so that we can get your account tagged for easy access to the wholesale collection. Once you have filled the application out, please allow up to 5 business days for your application to be approved. During peak holiday seasons, approvals can take longer. Once approved, we will send you an email.

-TAT-

For Koozies our TAT is 14-21 Business Days- We print press and sew all koozies in house. 

For laser cut items our TAT is 12-14 Business Days

During high volume days; we do ask for an additional 3-5 Business Days on both the laser cut items and koozies. 

Business Days are Monday- Friday.

Federal Holidays & Weekends will not count towards business days.

During holiday/Vacation closures we will announce this in our groups. During this time the TAT will not begin until after we are back to normal working hours. 

Ex: We take a week off at the end of june (June 24- July 4); any order that comes in during this time; your first business day would not start until July 5th.

-ORDER UPDATES-

For order inquiries, please email us at orders.2moonsucustomdesigns@gmail.com, please allow 1-2 business days for a response. 

We will try to give the best updates as we can in our facebook groups, so please make sure that you check those regularly. However, we ask that you not ask on post for order updates as those notifications can be missed. We have Facebook Admin set up to remove any comments regarding updates to your order, so please dont be alarmed if you ask for an update on your order and it gets removed. 

Unless otherwise stated, please allow us the full TAT before asking for an order update.

We do not handle customer service through private messages on facebook or in comments/posts on Facebook. IF you send a private message on facebook it will go unanswered . Please use the email listed above for order updates or customer service help. 

-WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS MESSED UP-

If your order is messed up, please send us pictures of the item(s) that are incorrect, or messed up within 72 hours of receiving. We will get the correction sent out immediately. 

Absolutely NO refunds. If you choose to cancel your order it must be done within 48 hours of payment, a 15% restock fee will be applied to ALL orders that are canceled. Your refund will be issued vis store credit.
